Hope Again, Inc., established in 1992, is a 501(c)(3) religious corporation founded by Carole Clarke, whose mission is to “assist those who are trapped in poverty, crime and substance abuse experience God’s love in action; and find economic, social and spiritual wholeness.”  The agency was initially housed until 1999 on the campus of Fountain Avenue Baptist Church (now Hope Internationl Bible Fellowhip), and was a program of The New Church in Hollywood until August 2000 when it became an autonomous 501(c)3 agency.  Hope Again’s diverse Board of Directors is comprised of clergy and laypersons from various communities and congregations throughout Southern California.
